We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that our services will be error-free. Service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, including network coverage, device compatibility, and local regulations.

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

When you purchase an eSIM or data plan through SIMSFER, you agree to pay the listed price including any applicable taxes and fees. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Prices are displayed in your selected currency and may be subject to change. However, the price at the time of purchase will be honored for that transaction. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or payment issues.

After purchase, you will receive instructions for activating your eSIM. It is your responsibility to:

• Verify that your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked
• Follow activation instructions carefully
• Activate the eSIM within the validity period specified at purchase
• Use the data plan in accordance with the terms of the specific plan

Data plans are valid for the specified duration from the time of activation. Unused data does not roll over to subsequent plans. Network speeds and coverage may vary by location and are subject to the terms of our network partners.

• Not using the service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Respecting intellectual property rights
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• Providing accurate information when required

You are prohibited from:

• Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations
• Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the service

• Collecting or harvesting any information from the service
• Reselling eSIMs without prior written authorization

All content, features, and functionality of SIMSFER, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and documentation, are the exclusive property of SIMSFER or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our service without our prior written consent. See our Intellectual Property Policy for more details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIMSFER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to your account
• Any interruption or cessation of our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our services
• Any errors or omissions in any content
• Any third-party conduct on the service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIMSFER and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through our services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SIMSFER is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the aforementioned jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or seek resolution in a court of competent jurisdiction.
