Subscription & Billing Policy

This policy outlines the terms for purchases, subscriptions, and billing for SIMSFER services. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. One-Time Purchases

Most eSIM products on SIMSFER are offered as one-time purchases. Key details:

  • Payment is collected at the time of purchase
  • The eSIM is delivered immediately after successful payment
  • No recurring charges apply
  • Validity period begins upon activation, not purchase

One-time purchases are not eligible for automatic renewal. To continue service after expiration, you must make a new purchase.

2. Subscription Services

Some products may be offered as subscriptions with recurring billing. Subscription terms:

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or as specified at purchase
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle
  • Price Changes: We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect
  • Proration: Mid-cycle changes may be prorated

Trial Periods

If a trial period is offered:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel
  • Trial periods are available once per customer per product

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

4. Taxes

Prices displayed may or may not include taxes depending on your location. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your billing address
  • Your shipping country (for physical products)
  • Local tax regulations

For business customers with valid tax exemption, please contact our support team before making a purchase.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to services until the paid period ends
  • Partial refunds for unused time are not provided
