2. Response Times
We aim to respond to all inquiries within the following timeframes:
- Customer Support: Within 24 hours
- Billing Inquiries: Within 2 business days
- Legal Requests: Within 30 days
- Partnership Inquiries: Within 5 business days

3. Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a dispute regarding our services, please follow this process:
Step 1: Contact Support
Start by contacting our support team at support@simsfer.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Provide details about your concern and any relevant documentation.
Step 2: Escalation
If your issue is not resolved satisfactorily, you may request escalation to our management team. Send your request to legal@simsfer.com with:
- Summary of your original complaint
- Reference number from your support interaction
- Desired resolution
Step 3: Mediation
If escalation does not resolve your dispute, either party may propose mediation. Mediation costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed. We will work with you to select a mutually acceptable mediator.
Step 4: Arbitration
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration organization. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the organization's rules.
4. Governing Law
These dispute resolution procedures and any disputes arising from your use of SIMSFER services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of the jurisdiction where SIMSFER is registered.
5. Exceptions
Nothing in this policy prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction for actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or other immediate harm.
Consumers may also have additional rights under local consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
