Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the rules and guidelines for using SIMSFER services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

1. No Fraudulent Use

You may not use SIMSFER services for fraudulent purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
  • Providing false information during registration or purchases
  • Creating accounts using fake identities or credentials
  • Engaging in identity theft or impersonation
  • Manipulating our systems to obtain free or discounted services
  • Using services for money laundering or other financial crimes

Any suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to relevant authorities and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

2. No Abuse of Referral System

Our referral program is designed to reward genuine users who introduce new customers to SIMSFER. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating multiple accounts to generate referral bonuses
  • Referring yourself using different email addresses or identities
  • Using temporary or disposable email addresses for referrals
  • Selling or trading referral codes on third-party platforms
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to generate fake referrals
  • Coordinating referral exchanges in online groups or forums
  • Misrepresenting the nature of the referral program

We actively monitor for referral abuse. Violations will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings, account suspension, and potential legal action.

3. No Reselling Without Authorization

eSIMs purchased from SIMSFER are for personal use only unless you have entered into an authorized reseller or partner agreement with us.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Reselling eSIMs or activation codes to third parties
  • Purchasing eSIMs in bulk for redistribution without authorization
  • Using SIMSFER services to provide connectivity services to others for profit
  • Transferring or sharing account credentials for commercial purposes
  • White-labeling or rebranding SIMSFER services without permission

4. Suspension Conditions

SIMSFER reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or our Terms & Conditions. The following may result in account action:

  • Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected by our systems
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Abuse of customer support or staff
  • Violation of intellectual property rights
  • Use of services for illegal purposes
  • Attempts to circumvent security measures

Types of Account Action

  • Warning: First minor violation with opportunity to correct
  • Temporary Suspension: Account access restricted for a specified period
  • Permanent Ban: Complete termination of account and services
  • Forfeiture: Loss of any unused eSIMs, credits, or referral earnings
