Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which SIMSFER provides refunds for eSIM purchases. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The eSIM has not been activated
- The refund request is submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase
- The purchase was made directly through SIMSFER's official website or app
- You can provide proof of purchase (order number, transaction ID)
Refunds for unused eSIMs will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days after approval.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
- The eSIM has been activated, regardless of whether data was used
- The refund request is made more than thirty (30) days after purchase
- The eSIM validity period has expired
- The eSIM was purchased from a third-party reseller or partner platform
- The device is incompatible with eSIM technology (user responsibility to verify before purchase)
- The user's device is carrier-locked or restricted
- The user failed to activate the eSIM due to not following activation instructions
- Partial refunds for unused data are not available
3. Activation-Based Refund Rules
Once an eSIM is activated, it is considered "used" and is generally non-refundable. Activation occurs when:
- You scan the QR code or manually enter the activation details
- The eSIM profile is installed on your device
- The eSIM connects to a mobile network for the first time
Exception: Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues caused by SIMSFER that prevent the eSIM from working properly, you may be eligible for:
- A full refund if the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours
- A replacement eSIM at no additional cost
- Extended validity or additional data as compensation
Technical issues caused by user error, device incompatibility, or network restrictions in specific locations do not qualify for refunds.
4. Processing Time
Refund processing times are as follows:
- Review Period: 1-3 business days from request submission
- Approval Notification: Within 24 hours of decision
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days to original payment method
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take longer than our processing time.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company before contacting SIMSFER support may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your SIMSFER account
- Blacklisting from future purchases
- Dispute resolution through your bank's process, which may take longer
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues. Most disputes can be resolved more quickly through direct communication.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number and the email used for purchase
- Provide the reason for your refund request
- If applicable, include screenshots or documentation
- Wait for a response from our team (1-3 business days)
